SMS Terms and Conditions

These SMS Terms and Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern your participation in the SMS/text messaging program operated by Fetch Centennial LLC (“Fetch Centennial,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Fetch Centennial, you agree to these SMS Terms.
1. SMS Program Description
By providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to receive text messages from Fetch Centennial, you agree that Fetch Centennial may send you SMS/text messages related to your services and interactions with us.
The types of messages you may receive include:
Appointment booking confirmations and appointment reminders;
Communications regarding your pet while your pet is in our care;
Other service-related communications reasonably necessary to provide or administer services you have requested.
These messages are intended to facilitate communication between you and Fetch Centennial and are not intended to replace emergency services or other urgent communications.

2. Message Frequency
You can expect to receive approximately 1 SMS message per month.
Actual message frequency may vary depending on your appointments, your pet's stay or care, and your communications or interactions with Fetch Centennial.
3. Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply to messages sent to or received from Fetch Centennial. Fetch Centennial is not responsible for any charges imposed by your wireless carrier.
4. Opting Out
You may stop receiving SMS messages from Fetch Centennial at any time by replying:
STOP
After you send STOP, you will no longer receive SMS messages from the applicable Fetch Centennial SMS program, except where otherwise permitted or required by law.

Your participation in the Fetch Centennial SMS program is voluntary. By opting in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile telephone number provided, or that you have authorization from the subscriber or customary user to provide the number.
You may withdraw your consent at any time by replying STOP.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing goods or services from Fetch Centennial, except where otherwise expressly permitted by applicable law.
8. Changes to These SMS Terms
Fetch Centennial may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Any updated version will be effective when posted or otherwise communicated, unless a different effective date is stated.
